Last Thursday night, I spoke at R!OT's "Man vs Wild" event about every 11-14 year-old's favourite topic... "pornography". Well, OK, maybe it's not every 12 year old's favourite topic of discussion (I know, it's bit awkward!), but it's an important one. When the average age of first internet exposure to pornography is 11 years old, it's a conversation that families need to be having earlier and earlier. We are NOT LEAVING TONIGHT as the bus company has made the call not drive north today. We will leave tomorrow morning at 6:30 am from Southridge Vineland, 3970 Glendale Ave., Vineland, ON. We will arrive at Camp Crossroads by late morning, get into our cabins/rooms, have an early lunch and not miss any of our play time in the snow!!!

The location, time and cost of our fall retreat has changed! In order to make our retreat more accessible we've shifted gears and the retreat will now be at Southridge Vineland from Friday, October 12 at 7 pm to Saturday, October 13 at 12 pm and now costs only $20! We'll have a bonfire, epic games, lots of hangout time and food and some amazing large group sessions with our guest speaker Gil Clelland, pastor of the Sanctuary community in London, Ontario.
Registration for this event still closes this coming Sunday, October 7th. So it's crutal …

This has been such a beautiful week with the 24 students along with all the leaders at Mission 360. Tonight at 7:30 pm at 201 Glenridge is our closing session with our speaker Peter Reid, worship led by Jared Dyck and friends and stories from our teens about how God has been at work in, among and through us this week! Come join us as we celebrate the goodness of Jesus who has been so faithful to show us what really living looks like! ALL ARE INVITED!
If you were at the Glenridge location on Sunday you know that 24 students and a number of leaders are living at the church this week to find out more about what it means to live in dependence upon Jesus to make our lives count in His world. Last night we had an amazing evening of music, testimony and hang out time with our Jamaican friends who spend these hot days of summer working on the farms that provide us with fruit each summer!
